Loved Banyuwedang, the hotel was relaxing in the forest. The staff was knowledgeable and absolutely courteous from arrival until we left. Our accommodation was set in a remote location next to Amazing to see the wildlife eating breakfast at the beach, the "National park", and Java's mountains. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish, can recommend.

Snorkeling was superb! 🐠 The beach villa was cozy and perfect for sunset views. Just be warned about getting around—rough roads can be a bit of a hassle. Staff were lovely and helpful!

This small hotel offers lots of a nice size rooms. It has best possible location in the middle of the city. Thank you for a fun stay.

The location, the staff was very good the landscap the rooms were beautiful the food was excellent and reasonable which is very good knowing that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere (almost)

The only thing I did not like is that on the beach side you have to walk on coral to go for a swim -> they try their best to preserve nature so that's my only negative point

Absolutely fine location, but the bumps on the road was great. I expected complimentary treats in my beach villa, but alas, nothing! While the monkeys added some wild charm, their antics were hardly good when they invaded my private space. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't!

The Beach Villas could use some maintenance-they're a bit worn and don't exactly scream five-star luxury. The roads between different hotel areas are rough and can make traversing the resort a hassle, and the monkeys raiding rooms for snacks is a serious concern that's not well addressed in the hotel information. Swimming directly from the beach is a challenge due to rocks and low tides. You'd have to trek out to the jetty for decent waters. Lastly, pricing for activities and food can be on the higher side compared to nearby options, which might not sit well with everyone.

It was just a nice choice for a brief stopover in Banyuwedang with fantastic value. The horseback riding activity we booked was a nice experience, with beautiful views throughout the ride. Be prepared for some remote surroundings and plan your meals accordingly.

Nice place with free wi-fi, an outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour security. The staff really helped me find transport on my first visit, and they made everything easy and enjoyable. I'll definitely return for a romantic escape!

great wildlife experience, but service could improve

The wildlife was fine. I enjoyed birdwatching with a variety of lovely avian life. I particularly loved the garden view from my room.

The service felt slightly slow at times, especially during busy hours.

staying here, I enjoyed amazing views from my beach villa and appreciated the quick access to beautiful locations like Teluk Terima and the Banyuwedang Hot Spring Water, making it perfect for a weekend of exploration.
